ECG's Newest Face

ECG has recently welcomed Liann Lofton to the family. She has experience with nuclear power and radiochemistry for US Navy aircraft carriers and is a University of Florida graduate with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. Liann is now working for ECG as a VoIP Network Engineer.

 
ECG's New Faces
 

ECG has recently welcomed two new members to the family. Andrew Brauda, a Georgia Southern graduate with years of technical expertise under his belt, is now working for ECG as a VoIP Network Engineer. While Mark Parker, with over 14yrs of communication experience, is ECG's latest Installation Technician.


Engineers' Consulting Group and Stage 2 Networks Expand Relationship
 

Stage 2 Networks has signed an agreement to utilize Engineers’ Consulting Group (ECG) for VoIP Customer Support (VCS).  VCS allows Stage 2’s customers and staff 24x7 access to ECG’s IP-based voice engineering support team.  This service allows Stage 2 to offer timely responses for trouble tickets in a cost-efficient manner.

  North State Moves Forward
 

North State Communications, the first telephone company in North Carolina to install the automatic dial telephone system, installed VoIP, with the assistance of Engineer’s Consulting Group (ECG).   This project began in September 2004.

  Spirit Telecom Selects ECG to Integrate Next Generation VoIP   Network
 

To remain competitive within the industry, Spirit Telecom chose to launch forward and install a VoIP system called, ‘SpiritPhone.’  As recommended by Broadsoft, Spirit requested that Engineer’s Consulting Group (ECG) assist with the project.  ECG assisted Spirit in the engineering and implementation of SpiritPhone.

ECG Partners with TelCove to Develop VoIP Platform
 

TelCove is a leading supplier of business critical telecommunications services to enterprise customers and carriers. TelCove’s product strategy is to provide next generation transport and communication services to continually improve their customers’ efficiency and productivity. For TelCove, VoIP was a natural product extension of this strategy, and they announced an enterprise VoIP service in August of 2005.
